Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching is fantastic because we can work together where ever you are, so whether you live locally to me, in the UK or in another country, I can help and support you.

How will our relationship work?

We will work together from start to finish as a partnership.  I want to know more about your current eating and drinking habits, how you currently move your body and about your lifestyle as a whole in order to provide you with sound advice and build you a programme that is just right for you and your goals.  

You will be autonomous in your workouts, so to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and safely, your programme will include demonstration videos, technique notes/tips and I will ask you record yourself performing the exercises in order for me to provide you with feedback.  I can also check your form in some exercises during your weekly check-in calls if needed.  

You will always have me to hand for questions, no question is silly.

I will help you to form better habits and explain how to maintain those habits after our time together.  No quick fixes, they will not last.  As a woman I know how easy it can be to jump on a 21 day diet or punish yourself by exercising hard everyday and I want to show you a better, more viable way to achieving your goals.

Please remember that long term goals will take longer than 12 weeks to achieve.  It's all on you!  You have to put the effort in, you have to show up, be accountable for your actions and be ready to make change happen, and as your PT and nutrition adviser I will be there to encourage, motivate and guide you every step of the way.

 

 

 

Online Fitness & Nutrition Coaching 

  • A comprehensive consultation with fitness and body profiling and goal setting.
  • Enrolment into the online app, where you will find everything you need such as the programmes I create, lessons, habit tracking, messages, etc.
  • A unique home or gym-based programme designed to meet your needs and capabilities.  Doing activities, exercises and consuming food and drink that you enjoy.
  • Demonstration of exercises via video demos and some live coaching where required.
  • A weekly online nutrition, fitness and health check-in form review, as well as a virtual check-in call, to discuss your progress.
  • Weekly exercise progressions with 1 or 2 small, actionable nutritional objectives.
  • Result tracking against initial fitness and body profiling, every 4 weeks.
  • My support throughout via WhatsApp, emails, calls and other types of messages.
Minimum sign up is for the Eneevo 12-week package.  Alternatively, choose the Eneevo 24-week package at a reduced rate.
