Women's Personal Trainer

Personal Training and Nutrition go hand in hand.  Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, getting stronger, training for a sport or improving fitness, nourishing your body is an essential part of your success.  As a personal trainer and nutrition coach for women I will support your journey by advising you not only on physical activity and exercise but also your nutritional intake, as well as offering guidance on other key aspects of your life.

How will this work?

Our relationship will always be a partnership.  We will work together throughout, from getting to know one another, your weekly PT sessions at your home or the gym, to our regular check ins and staying in touch there after.  

I will help you to form better habits and explain how to maintain those habits after our time together.  No quick fixes, they will not last.  As a woman I know how easy it can be to jump on a new fad diet or punish yourself by exercising long and hard everyday and I want to show you a better, more viable and less restrictive way to achieving your goals.

Please remember that long term goals will take longer than 12 weeks to achieve.  It's all on you!  You have to put the effort in, you have to show up, be accountable for your actions and be ready to make change happen, and as your PT and nutrition adviser I will be there to encourage, motivate and guide you every step of the way.

1:1 Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching

  • A comprehensive consultation with fitness and body profiling and goal setting.
  • Enrolment into the online app, where you will find everything you need, such as the workouts I create, lessons, habit tracking, body profile, messages, etc.
  • A unique programme designed to meet your needs and capabilities.  Doing activities, exercises and consuming food and drink that you enjoy.
  • 1 exercise session per week (35 to 60 minutes).
  • A weekly online nutrition, fitness and health check-in form review. 
  • Weekly exercise progressions, as well as 1 or 2 small, actionable nutritional objectives.
  • Result tracking against initial fitness and body profiling, every 4 - 6 weeks.
  • My support throughout via WhatsApp, emails, calls and other types of messages.
Minimum sign up is for the Eneevo 12-week package.  Alternatively, choose the Eneevo 24-week package, at a reduced rate.
