
My name is Emily and the reason I became a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach for Women is because I want to help inspire women to fall in love with their bodies, to enjoy being more physically active and to not only fuel their bodies well but enjoy eating the foods they love. I am extremely passionate about women's health and wellness and have been ever since I can remember.
In my teens I was obsessed with being skinny and believed that the only exercise that was good for me was one that made me sweat buckets and burn the most calories. I have tried all the fad diets, from the cabbage soup diet, zero sugar diet and more and believe me when I say that they do not work long term! Fast forward to my mid 20s where I got the bug for strength training and now in my 30s, I love an array of different activities and exercises. As a mum of 3, I know how hard it can be to make time for yourself, to eat well and to move your body. I want to show you that it is all possible.
My approach to training and coaching is holistic. I understand that we all lead very different lifestyles and that women's health is not just about exercise and nutrition, it is also about sleep, stress, our menstrual cycle, work life balance. I will help you hurdle over your current barriers, encourage you to make small changes to create better habits in order to evolve your mind and body and ultimately live a healthier life.
You are in very safe hands. I am a registered member of CIMPSA and my qualifications extend further than just personal training and nutrition coaching.
As a Zumba Instructor I want you to feel the music and let it move you. My aim is for you to have fun, laugh and smile and all while improving your fitness and conditioning your body. Who doesn't want to exercise but it not feel like exercise, right?! If you like fun filled, high energy group exercise classes then my Zumba classes are just the thing for you.
