You might have heard or read the words Small Group Training and not quite known what they meant.
"Is it a group exercise class?" "Is it a boot-camp?" "What actually is it?"
Well, let me shed some light on what small group training is, what the benefits are and how you can start.
Small group training is where a group of individuals exercise together following a programme that has been created by their personal trainer. It is very different to a group exercise class and boot-camp.
Here are 8 great benefits to this type of training
1) You can workout with your friends and family.
2) It is very cost effective in comparison to 1 to 1 personal training, as the session cost is split between you all. Therefore, if there is more of you the cost per person decreases further.
3) Your programme will be created from scratch and tailored to your group goal.
4) Your programme will have modifications and adaptations to suit all the members.
5) Your trainer will be there demonstrating the exercises, explaining their importance and watching you execute them to ensure you have good form and are doing them safely.
6) Not only do you have your trainer to motivate you but you will also encourage each other throughout.
7) As there will be a small number in the group, your trainer can observe you closely and you still get the feels of having a 1 to 1 PT session.
8) It is very social. You can train together once, twice or more each week and you can celebrate each others progress and also support each other to maintain those achievements.
As you can see, Small Group Training is fantastic!
Especially for those individuals who enjoy having others around them when they exercise, who worry about the cost of having a PT but really want the structure of a good programme and support and motivation throughout.

The Eneevo SGT packages are for pairs, threes and fours only. That is the max I go to purely because I still like to be able to observe my clients really well. Some trainers will work with groups that are larger (up to 10) but my preference is keeping the groups smaller. I can train your group in one of your homes or at The Village Club Solihull.
